Yes, we can accommodate for special plating due to dietary needs. There may be a surcharge applied for this special plating pending the custom menu needed.

All alcohol must be purchased and served through Twin Oaks Golf Course. If you do have a special wine or champagne that you would like to bring on site you may do so at a $25.00 per bottle corkage fee. Unopened bottles will be given back to you at the end of the evening. Magnum bottles are not allowed on premises.

Yes, cars may be left overnight in our parking lot. At the end of the event the property gates will be shut and locked. Cars may be picked up the following morning after the golf course opens. Cars must be picked up no later than 10am.

Weddings are guaranteed 3 hours prior for set up. All other events are guaranteed 2 hours prior for set up. If more time is needed, the Catering Sales team can confirm an earlier access time 1 month prior to the event.

Yes, the groom may access the suite 3 hours prior to the wedding.

The Twin Oaks Golf Course sales department and banquet team does not act in a capacity of a wedding planner. A day of coordinator is required. The planner/coordinator hired must have a professional business and proof of insurance.
